Do you have building security? Has the modernization project on the West end elevator bank been completed? What amenities does the Paulsen Center have to offer? What are the hours of operation? We expect your experience as a tenant of the Paulsen Center to be second to none. For your convenience, we have a friendly on-site staff available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are located in Suite 204, right across from the Daily Grind.

We are here to assist you with lock-outs, accepting your Fed Ex or UPS for delivery or pick up and notary services.

Do you have building security?

Yes. We have recently updated our security program. The building is monitored with surveillance camera's.

Has the modernization project on the West end elevator bank been completed?

Yes. We are pleased to announce that the modernization project for the West end elevator bank has been completed. We were successful in upgrading the inner workings of the elevators while maintaining the historic look inside the cab. Thank you for your patience while we completed this important project.

What amenities does the Paulsen Center have to offer?

Four (4) conference rooms; on-site management and building engineering staff located in Suite 204; package delivery and pick up services in our management office by Fed Ex and UPS; cafe serving breakfast and lunch; fitness center w/shower facilities; skywalk access to shopping, restaurants and services; U.S. Post office located on 1st floor of building; directory signage located on the main floor, sky-walk level and parking garage; exterior signage located on the lighted directory sign on the west entrance of the building; daily janitorial services; valet parking service in the basement of the building (ask about rates); and outdoor parking services nearby.

What are the hours of operation?

We are open 5:30 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Legal holidays include New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Holiday (Thurs./Fri.), and Christmas Day.

What is the fire and/or emergency plan for the building?

A new life safety training Web site has been created for the Paulsen Center. This site will provide 24/7 access to an occupant life safety training program, a warden training program, emergency phone numbers, and emergency preparedness resources. Access information for the site is provided below.

What is the parking situation? Is there parking nearby?

We are pleased to tell you that parking is not a problem at the Paulsen Center. Thanks to our parent company, Diamond Parking LLC, we are able to offer valet parking in our basement parking garage, as well as outdoor parking right across the street and throughout the Spokane area.

We offer competitive parking rates and FREE Parking up to one year to new tenants who sign a 12 month lease (or longer). Certain restrictions and qualifications may apply.

What janitorial services are included for tenants of the building?

We offer daily, weekly and monthly cleaning to our tenants (included in lease); including but not limited to:
daily waste removal, dusting, vacuuming, spot cleaning and much more.

When will the East end elevator bank be modernized?

The modernization project for the East end elevator bank is due to begin in 2014.

Will I be able to access the building after business hours?

Tenants of the building may access the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a key fob that will allow entry into the building. Tenants entering the building after hours must use the entrance on Riverside Avenue.
